The book does, however, recommend "I Beams of at least four inches", as well as "chalk and adhesive tape, exceptionally tough and or sacrificeable outer clothing, and knee pads". 40 pages, black and white with nice quality pencil drawings of the major formations, and a regional map on the inside cover.
